Q.	How do you measure the size of a Sport Saddle seat
A.	You measure between the cantle and the pommel at the nearest points and then add 6 inches. Trim rolls should not be included in your measurement. So, if you measure 9” between the two nearest points, not including the pommel and cantle trim rolls, you add 6 inches, and this gives you a 15” seat. Q.	Is there a demo saddle available that I can try before I buy?

Q.	What are some common problems that result from treed saddles?

Q.	Why do some people choose the Endurance leather option?
A.	While suede will give the rider maximum seat security, some people do not favor an all suede saddle preferring the extra movement in the seat that the endurance leather allows the rider. Also, suede will eventually loose its texture and will look shiny in places especially where there is the most friction. Also if you anticipate riding in rainy weather, suede will absorb the water whereas the endurance leather will not soak up the water. Water just runs right off the Endurance leather. This leather is very easy to clean and just needs a light leather conditioner. It will stay looking new for a very long time.
Q.	Common question - What is the difference between the Barrel saddle, Trail saddle and the Schooling and Training saddle?
A.	The pommel and cantle on the Trail Riders are about one inch lower than those on the Barrel Racers and the Schooling and Training saddles. Also, the cantle angles back more on the Trail saddle, whereas the Barrel racer cantle sits more upright at a steeper angle and the seat is more "scooped out" than the cantle on the trail riders.
Q.	What's the delivery time and how do I order a saddle and pad?
A.	Approximately 9 weeks delivery for the saddle. Three weeks on a Pad. At the present time, you order by calling April at 530-823-7321.(She prefers not to receive credit card numbers over the Internet for your safety.)
Q.	How do you fit a Sports Saddle to your horse?
A.	Basically, the treeless saddle is very durable, sophisticated bareback pad. Pommel and cantle pressure is not felt because when you girth up the horse, the saddle is flexible in the middle and not bridging like a treed saddle would.
Q.	What are some Riding problems created by saddles
A.	Heat build up; weight bearing (the pressure points caused by rider on horse). These problems are solved by using a Skito Equalizer Pad.
