Because the weight of the rider is "equalized" over the entire saddle bearing area, this relieves or eliminates all saddle fit and pressure point problems.

The felt is 100% Wool that is quilted to a 7 ounce polyester batting. Wash cold like regular pad and drip dry. Hose off as well. Without the pigskin the pad is priced same as 100% wool. With pigskin (Urethane on a polyester/Nylon back) $15 more=$205
