Boy, the summer has flown by. I haven’t had much time for riding. Our daughter and her family moved to a lovely farm 2 miles from us. My Mom was in the hospital, and then I brought her home with us. Treating three horses for EPM. Saddle shipment in Italy got stolen. Life is truly an adventure this summer.
We are blessed to live where we do and where we have a wonderful life, although it can be trying at times. I have learned over a period of time how wise it can be to “just breathe. This too will pass.” Only take on what you can handle. And I’ve learned over the years how to say no. That has taken a while. I always want to help out.
This weekend I was able to take Gabriel out for a few wonderful rides. He is finally back on his feet. . . literally. We had a great time. He was so happy to be out, not spooking, just trotting out like the champ he is. It sure does the body and soul good to get out and just enjoy a great day with your horse. I feel the EPM is dormant now, and he is ready to go.
Amazing how the Karbo Combo has worked. Now I have two other horses on the treatment. I’ve seen results in about 10 days. Strength has come back in under 2 weeks, since fortunately they didn’t have “bad” cases of EPM. The Karbo Combo has built up their immune systems. In combination with the Karbo Combo I’ve used the Dynamite Plus to boost their immune systems.
Wishing everyone a wonderful fall riding season.
